This is me + my Mimi, Aunt Hazel and Aunt Monette. 1970's Ponchatoula, LA. These women taught me how to make a dark roux, pack a road trip kit and never trust a bathroom without checking for spiders first. Everything on NanaTee’s Cajun Home started at this table. If Mimi said it, you can trust it.
